This 3-storey establishment on Marine Drive, the Bluff's "Millionaires Mile", has been converted into three self-contained apartments,. This establishment is set in a neat shared garden which offers a gazebo, splash pool, large cliff hang deck, and 180 degree views of the Indian Ocean. Standing on the deck you look directly down onto renowned surf spot, Cave Rock, beautiful sandy beaches and at low tide, rock pools galore for your enjoyment. To the left you can see Anstey's Beach and to the right is Brighton Beach, between them offering swimming pools, ablutions, restaurants and a large tidal pool. There is no direct access onto the beach from Bluff Tradewinds due to the fact that we are situated on a cliff.
